Dutch Army Modular 4-Season Sleeping Bag System – Used, Good Condition

This is a genuine Dutch Army Modular 4-Season Sleeping Bag System, pre-owned but in good overall condition and fully functional. Authentic military surplus gear built for durability and adaptability in a wide range of environments.

The complete set includes a modular 4-season sleeping bag system with a lightweight bag, medium-weight bag, sleeping bag liner (included) offering a versatile solution for camping, expeditions, hiking, survival use, and outdoor enthusiasts.

All-Season Temperature Performance

The modular design allows you to adapt to various temperature ranges by combining components:

  • The lightweight bag alone is suitable for warmer conditions and mild climates.

  • The medium-weight bag is designed for cooler temperatures and three-season use.

  • When layered together with the included sleeping bag liner, the system significantly increases insulation and warmth for colder environments.

This modular system can handle a broad range of conditions. In combined use, many modular military sleeping bags are effectively used in chilly conditions well below freezing. Individual components help tailor the insulation level to the weather and user needs.

The sleeping bag liner adds a protective inner layer to keep the bags clean and also contributes to insulation, enhancing comfort and prolonging the life of the main bags.

Multiple Length Options

Authentic Dutch Army modular sleeping bags are typically available in different lengths to suit various heights:

  • Medium length: for users up to around 180 cm tall.

  • Large length: for taller users up to approximately 190 cm or more.

  • Extra-large options may suit users around 2.0 m tall (availability may vary).

The inclusion of multiple size options helps maximise comfort and thermal efficiency for users of different body sizes.

Durable Military Construction

This sleeping bag system features robust materials and design typical of military-grade gear:

  • Heavy-duty ripstop nylon outer shells with weather resistance and abrasion durability.

  • Synthetic insulation that performs even in damp conditions.

  • Modular integration points and loops to secure the liner inside each bag for enhanced comfort and cleanliness.

Condition and Value

This item is pre-owned and used, but remains in good condition with typical signs of use such as minor wear or storage marks. There are no functional defects, and the system is ready for immediate outdoor use. The inclusion of the liner increases usability and helps protect the interior of the sleeping bags.

Ideal Uses

Perfect for outdoor camping, backpacking, expedition and survival kits, military surplus collections, four-season sleep solutions, and anyone seeking a rugged, adaptable sleeping bag system.
